Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart Academy's Summer Camps. Camps are open to a range of age groups. Please note all camps are for females only.  Grade reflects the student's rising grade (the grade she will be in in September 2023). 

Please complete the form below to register for any of our summer 2023 camps.  You may use one form to register for multiple camps, however, a new form is required for each participant.  All camps will take place at Sacred Heart Academy. 

If a camp has reached capactiy a waitlist option will appear on the form.  Please fill out the appropriate information to be added to the waitlist. You will then be notified if a spot becomes available. 

Please note if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to a known positive COVID case, do not attend camp. We will work with you on refunds.  There are no other refunds unless the participant is medically excused.

Sacred Heart Academy Camp Waiver and Release

I hereby certify that my daughter is physically fit to participate in all camp/clinic activities. I hereby give my daughter permission to participate in all activities of the Sacred Heart Academy camp(s) for which she is registered.  I will not hold Sacred Heart Academy responsible for any injuries or illnesses sustained. I indemnify and hold Sacred Heart Academy harmless from any claim or liability asserted by her or on her behalf arising out of her participation in Sacred Heart Academy Summer Camp. 

I hereby grant a certfied professional Athletic Trainer permission to care for my daughter. 

I grant to Sacred Heart Academy the right to take photographs of my daughter and my family in connection with the above-identified event.  I authorize Sacred Heart Academy, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Sacred Heart Academy may use such photographs of my daughter with or without her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
