On Monday, May 17, Spring Signing Day, nine Sacred Heart Academy seniors committed to play at the collegiate level. These seniors are:

- Margaret Hannan, Adelphi University, Cross Country/Track & Field
- Gabrielle Lucchesi, Kings College, Lacrosse
- Helen Moloney, Fordham University, Cross Country/Track & Field
- Marie Naudus, SUNY Geneseo, Cross Country/Track & Field
- Grace Newbery, DeSales University, Lacrosse
- Kelly O'Neill, Stonehill College, Cross Country/Track & Field
- Jacqueline Oruci, The University of Pennsylvania, Crew
These nine student athletes complete the 8 percent of the Class of 2021 playing a sport in college. The other students participated in National Letter of Intent Signing Day on November 12, 2020. Their names are as follows.
