In Math Team 9, Algebra 1 students have the opportunity to challenge themselves and to add depth to their knowledge of mathematics. Math team 9 also serves to prepare students to be a part of the varsity math team in grades 10-12. Math team 9 is the perfect place for those who enjoy the challenge and fun of mathematics. Students who participate in math team 9 have the opportunity to win awards for their performance in the Catholic Math League competitions. Also, participating in math team 9 can lead to eligibility for the SHA math medal upon graduation.
