Chamber chorus is a smaller, select chorus chosen by audition and invitation only. The music performed is a bit more challenging than regular chorus and is for the most dedicated singers. In addition to performing in the SHA Christmas and Spring concerts, members also take part in outside events, such as performances in community centers, nursing homes, on Telecare-TV, and service/song trips. Many participants are NYSSMA participants and take outside voice lessons as well as participate in community vocal and theater groups.
