hello sweetheart Community we are here with Father Christian author of Saint Bonaventure st. Benedict the Moor Church stopping at JFK airport how are you father Chris on our first episode of messy great as always talk about it what is messy Grace we as humans sometimes act on impulse this and displaced enthusiasm ultimately creating messy situations because of this fact God still loves us when God's perfect love for us collides with the mess of Our Lives somehow it produces Grace Grace allows us to reconcile back at the communion with God our creator scripture reference in the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth and in that Earth a beautiful Dwelling Place in the Garden of Eden for both Adam and Eve. Humans and now we know that God gave adam a is the meaning over the earth and the things that swelled in it however God gave one stipulation to not eat from the Tree of Good and Evil that resides in the middle of the garden now we know how the story goes both and eve were deceived by The Serpent and chose to partake in the fruit of that tree ultimately this cause shame to fall upon both Adam and Eve and they called themselves and they hid until God summoned Adam where can we pinpoint some of the mess that was created first and foremost it's the Disobedience to the rule right because they were told not to touch actually that tree in the middle of the garden by the way there is nothing but Apple's over there it's just only only the tree in the middle of the garden nothing about Apple's could have been banana for the matter so so that's nice obedient to to God's Rule and then the the idea of becoming like God which probably isn't is at the root of everything that that we do wrong right because by doing that we are actually creating God at as image of ourselves verses reflecting who he is in our lives that's the match okay so let's go to the next point where is Grace in this entire scripture where do we see Gray well actually what would you just said God speaking to Adam Brighton he doesn't leave them he asked a question obviously Adam has a moral hangover now because he knows that he you did something wrong but God reaches out to him he doesn't leave him alone right he he actually allows Adam to realize what happened and that's the beginning right you if you cannot fight any addiction before you realize that you are addicted right so so you have to face your demons or the truth about yourself so Adam now knows right and the blaming is it pointless lost and that's why where are you right he he's lost he's hiding you know he's he's afraid so but that's the beginning this is the beginning of the healing Sacred Heart family we all know that he met he was ultimately reprimanded for their disobedience in the Garden of Eden but God did not leave us without a glimmer of hope Genesis 3 15 goes on to tell us that The Offspring of Eve the Prototype of Mary will crush the head of the surf symbolizing Humanity overcoming sin and evil this Old Testament prophecy finally being fulfilled by the coming of Our Savior Jesus Christ now this is our first evidence of hope our prayer is that you to like Adam and Eve and turn the god even a messy situations and allow God's grace to give you hope in this Advent season stay tuned for upcoming episodes of our Advent series messy Grace the students of Shah until then be blessed
