re2 how are you today thank you for the Sacred Heart Community in your role as a person for can you tell me a little bit about your roll I'm so excited to be here to work with straighter the teacher has students and faculty and parents they think that's the best way that we could support our students is just having a team approach all working together for the student starting as a freshman atomy rescheduled with her about horses to take that mirror X Middle School that you take regions classes as between algebra and letting it be if you did do really well lice the area of such a thing she wants to excel in that take no more advanced class English go into the issue meets the criteria so we don't track our students going to be able to pick and choose a program that works best for what they're interested and where they Excel so it really possible student where they're able to kind of create what works best this year you have a counselor specifically working with the 9th graders can talk a little bit about that and how she's working at to help with the transition for our freshmen who are really excited brand new counselor for the ninth grade students as you know she's coming from so many different high schools all of them transition to the Future different ways having a text with the poor person whose width is able to really sit down with support person for them questions and help them also those classes that they have it's a good chance for the students to get to the students and they can kind of get to know one another I also know that she goes. So she's really trying to build relationships I think it's so important to have that has don't know who to turn to know she attend funerals try to be that person that's kind of like a person they can reach out to her or should they have any and are concerned they might not have one is coming in on social emotional person for them if they don't know where to go for something so I think it's really great for them to be able to see and go to person that you feel comfortable speaking to transition process
