good morning babe, how are you today how are you I'm well thank you thank you for joining me try is so important and I know that in your capacity as a social worker you work closely with the girls and you provide numerous events and workshops for them can you tell me little bit about those Torah who is age-appropriate presentations for the girls girlfriend since when the freshmen come in and they're getting acclimated to a new school high school I do stuff manager when they first get here we need the guidance Department as a whole has set up princess of courses which we actually work with the girls and teach them some socialization skills and some skills that they might need going forward after I work with them yeah it was made first year of Rowlett is that it went very well and I also do cyberbullying for it I do drug and alcohol training like had comes in for us to do that before the Juniors because they're getting ready to drive in the prom and all of that can we do something a little bit different to go over some of the things that we wanted to take the girls to know if they were wanting off to college that's all it is to it really is and then ever is necessary from any of the department but they asked me to come in, but sometimes they want me to do Stress Management during midterms or things of that nature so I do things like that thank you also meet with pearls in them process work well sometimes they come in on their own accord mostly it's because he's struggling academically and they're nervous or you're feeling anxious about a task or something like that will refer the parents will find time to call me and I basically sit with them we trying to figure out what the problem is I always bring the parents in for that the palace would be aware of what's going on and I try and help the girl and the idea basically is together to go back to academic that they can and it's not then we going to take him to the next step maybe bring them home and have the rest a little bit or something like that and this here are we have something that I'm real what's the time in coming to the sigma play teenage girl so we have a program coming in strength which is going to enable us to have a whole Community with you so excited about local community involved in programming that's going to address mental health throughout the entire year and throughout the entire campus that's amazing yeah it is
