The Library & Research Commons, located in the concourse at the lower level, serves as a Reference/Research center designed primarily for serious study and independent work.
The goal of the Library & Research Commons is to ensure that students and teachers are effective users of ideas and information. This goal is accomplished by:
- providing a facility that functions as the information center of the school
- providing intellectual and physical access to materials in all formats
- providing instruction to foster competence and stimulate interest in reading, and using information and ideas
- working with other teachers to meet the needs of the students
