Current Catholic School Students: Your TACHS exam is your application to SHA. Please be sure to use TACHS code 695. We highly recommend that you list Sacred Heart as your first choice to demonstrate your interest, however it is not required. Transcripts for Catholic School students will be sent to SHA automatically from your current school.
Public School Students: Start Your Application Here! Your 6th, 7th and current 8th grade transcripts are required to be sent to [email protected] no later than November 25th. Transcripts are a part of the admissions process so we strongly suggest that you request them from your current school before the TACHS exam on November 4th to allow time for SHA to receive them.
Special Note to Transfer Students: Students seeking to transfer to SHA for grade 10 must submit the completed application and send an accompanying transcript by no later than October 30th. Students seeking to transfer to SHA for grade 11 must have the completed application and transcript to SHA prior to the start of our school year. All students wishing to transfer to Sacred Heart are requested to complete the Transfer to Sacred Heart Academy Form and to reach out to Mrs. Susan Ellis, Director of Admissions at 516-483-7383, ext. 209
