Sacred Heart Academy Swim are NUMBER 1 in New York State! The SHA Swim team won both the 200 free and 400 free relays.
Tess Howley and Cavan Gormsen won both their individual events and Cavan broke both of her records. Cavan was also named outstanding swimmer of the state and Federation girls swimming and diving championships.
